You could bring the doormat to our big fancy Doormat.ae store in the Dubai Mall, but the issue is, we don't have one yet. So, you can send it to our warehouse, or we can pick it up for a small additional fee at your place in Dubai or the UAE.

This is our return policy:
You’ve got 7 days from your purchase to return items as long as they’re in their original condition. We’ll process refunds back to the original payment method. If you used vouchers or Cash on Delivery, you’ll receive store vouchers instead. You can also exchange your doormat for another one. Just send it back in its original condition and place a new order for what you really wanted! Easy peasy!
