3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
- Prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes.
- We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery.
- If you choose Cash on Delivery, payment is required at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Dubai and the UAE.
- Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1-3 business days.
- Same-day delivery may be available in Dubai for select orders.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
5. Refunds & Returns
We strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility:
- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. For purchases made using vouchers or Cash on Delivery, store credit will be issued instead.
- Exchanges are possible. To exchange an item, return it in its original condition and place a new order for the desired product.
Return Process:
- Returns can be sent to our designated warehouse address.
- Alternatively, we offer a pickup service within Dubai and the UAE for an additional fee.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Warranty & Liability
- Our doormats are made to last, but normal wear and tear is expected.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, extreme weather conditions, or accidents.
- In case of manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
